This is The rarest Silver Medal portraying the previous Iraqi President Ahmed Hassan Al-Bakir ( ruled from yrear 1968 to 1979 ) in military uniform. its details as follows :

1st of July 1977 – Anniversary of the Opening of “ Arabic Gulf ” Academy for Naval Studies. – Completely from 0.9000 Silver – Weight 120 grams – Diameter 6.00 cm.
