Here are shown seven Iraqi documents which stamped with consular fee stamps (Foreign), the stamps with different kinds of issues and overprints. First Iraqi consular stamps (Foreign Fees) were issued in year 1987 with Ishtar Gate drawing ( The Babylon's Gate ) printed by Thomas De La Rue co, and later in the End of year 1988 were issued another type of Ishtar Gate but printed in Russian printing company. Later on 1989 the previous first and second issue of Babylon's Lion revenues of face values: 10 Dinars (1st issue) + 5 Dinars (2nd issue) were ovptd with Arabic world " Al-Kharijiyyah" = " Foreign" in English for use in Iraqi consular, Embassies and Representatives offices in abroad.

From the shown five Iraqi Checks of Rafidein Bank used in different dates in year 1989 , the following fact can be resulted : these Iraqi revenue stamps were used in period before the Gulf War 1991 or Even The Iraqi Attack on State of Kuwait on 2nd of August year 1990 , the date of beginning for their use in 1992 is wrongly listed in Ref - Joe Ross " The Revenue Stamps of IRAQ " / 3rd Edition 2002 .
Both shown checks are related to two Iraqi Banks from the Royal Era, one for the Ottoman Bank and the other for Rafidein Bank, revenue tax were pre-paid for each one of these two checks was 10 fils ( issue as inscribed between the Lotus (11 - 7 - 55 ). Very Rare and interesting philatelic pieces of Iraqi revenue stamps history.

Printed in the Post State Printing House in Cairo, Egypt. 50th anniversary of Iraq-China diplomatic relations : issued on 28 October 2008 Stamp of face value: 500 D . Stamps designed by Sa’ad Ghazi. A marginal pair of Iraqi Red Crescent Society rev stamps, each of face value 100 fils issued 1954 with error of distortion happened in red- coloured line for obliterating the old face value (10 fils), a very sound error and scarce at present time.
This document related to Khaz'al Khan the Sirdar Aq'des Prince of Arabistan (Now called Moham'marah located at Rep of Iran) from the OTTOMAN ERA where that prince was the ruler of this Arabic county near the Presian Empire. This document stamped with 20 paras black Ottoman revenue stamp. A very Unique document and important to both historians and stamps collectors.

These three stamps were used in Iraq as fees for posting letters and parcels by trains from postal offices in railway stations located through Iraqi cities , the use of them began from year 1933. The yellow stamp cancelled by octagonal cancellation Kirkuk city.
three face value of Iraqi revenue stamps were issued in year 2001 as Airport Taxes , all these stamps are self-adhesive , the use of them to be affixed on airplane tickets for both internal and abroad flights. the high face value 1000 Dinars is roulette perforated, while the others are with normal perforations.
